Actually those cheaper ones are of less quality and do not work as well.
I got one and it worked a little bit.. but nothing special. Then I tried the amega one on my wifes kneees and she was in bad pain. The pain was gone in 5 minutes. It won’t heal her.. but I feel great because the pain went and I was happy for her.
